The reputation system isn't a bad thing, it's a good thing. The more the bar is filled the better it is. A mod or admin can update it depending on a post or series of posts you've made.

Rewards for reputation.
10% = double posting only once with no warnings/side effects
20% = double posting twice with no warnings/side effects
30% = admittance into next usergroup. (except into mods or admins)
*note-if you are in a group right below admins and mods we'll just make a group for you-*
40% or higher = Animated stars
if you reach 100% you'll get to see a section and post in it that no one else gets to. Wink

Just remember a mods or admin can also take away reputation points.
and the points aren't added every day, after a week, mods and admins will do through posts they've seen and add the reputation points up.

Ok, I'll add a revision, you can only upgrade 1 group level. If you are already at a level right below admins, super mods, and mods it will not be upgraded further. T3h 1337 group is highest you can go.
