| Actually, if you do some research, you'll notice that the date for the end of the world has changed every 20 years or so since the idea of the the end of the world came into existence.

| actually y2k wasn't the end of the world per-say, just the reset of all computers. and i agree the myan callendar just stop on that date, but it can't be jsut that. Cmon, you'd be very naive to think it just stops, the end. There has to be a reason for it, esspecially if u consider how amazingly advanced the Myan's were for their time, and even today.
BTW, the real life crystal skulls are amazing if you've ever seen what they look like.

| naw, they're real alright... 1 is in mueseum.
They're made of solid pink quarts, which in large ssizes, actually fractures itself. Yet, these skulls are large and have no flaw in them at all, not even a knot of another mienral in them.
They are carbon dated to 5000+ years ago, yet are the most accurate displays of the human skull, even today! No machine, even today, could use pink quarts to make a skull like this...
That's y they are such a mysterious wonder.
